Violet Grgich

Violet Grgich is the CEO and President of Grgich Hills Estate and a dedicated supporter of the arts. A lifelong musician, she is an accomplished harpsichordist with a deep passion for choral music. Her unique blend of musical expertise and corporate leadership guides Aeternum’s artistic and community-focused mission.

Tom Flesher

Tom Flesher is a retired software entrepreneur and an accomplished Bay Area organist with deep roots in the local arts community. He has performed with the Napa High School Choir, Sing Napa Valley, the Veterans Home of California in Yountville, Mt. La Salle, Pacific Union College, and many other ensembles and venues around the world.

Kathy Fitzgerlad

Kathy Fitzgerald is an experienced Financial Advisor with many years of expertise in financial planning, business strategy, and community-minded leadership. A resident of Napa, Kathy also brings a personal connection to choral music, having grown up singing in choir. Her financial expertise, strategic insight, and appreciation for the arts make her an excellent fit for the board. She is excited to support the organization’s mission and help strengthen its impact in the community.

Travis Rogers

Travis Rogers is the current Choral Director of the Grammy Award-winning Ragazzi Boys Chorus and a pillar of the Bay Area choral community. He served as Choir Director at Napa High School for over 30 years, leading ensembles that have performed and competed across the globe. A longtime member of the American Choral Directors Association (ACDA), Travis brings a wealth of experience, artistry, and leadership to Aeternum.
